Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Modeller with deep expertise in the HRMS domain to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the architect of our data ecosystem, translating complex HR business requirements into scalable, high-performance data models. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure our data infrastructure supports seamless reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency. By designing robust schemas and managing metadata, you will directly influence the reliability of our HR insights, enabling our clients to make data-driven decisions that impact their workforce management and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for HRMS applications to ensure data integrity and system scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement efficient database schemas across MySQL, Oracle DB, and NoSQL environments like MongoDB and Cassandra.

- Develop and manage comprehensive metadata repositories to ensure data consistency and facilitate seamless discovery across the organization.

- Architect and optimize ETL pipelines to streamline data movement, ensuring high availability and accuracy for downstream reporting and analytics.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate evolving HR requirements into flexible data structures that support long-term product evolution.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex data models within the HRMS domain, with a proven ability to handle large-scale employee and payroll datasets.

- Proficiency in managing diverse database technologies, including relational systems like MySQL and Oracle DB, alongside NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB and Cassandra.

- Strong command over ETL processes and data integration strategies to maintain high-quality data flows across distributed systems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence product roadmaps.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, supported by 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
