Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and review enterprise data models aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify data gaps and recommend optimal data modeling solutions.

- Guide Data Engineering teams on data models, data grain, batch scheduling, and load dependencies.

- Ensure scalable, high-quality, and well-governed data models to support business objectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency, integrity, and performance.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Modeling.

- Strong understanding of data structures, logical, conceptual, and physical data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with ERwin and/or ER/Studio.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience working in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG domain.

- Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
