Previous Work Experience : 12 to 15 years in data, analytics, and AI leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define data governance model including ownership, stewardship, definitions, and access controls.

- Create an enterprise KPI library and executive dashboards aligned to group priorities.

- Lead the data platform roadmap including integration with ERP, project systems, and field data sources.

- Identify and prioritize analytics and AI use cases with measurable benefits and clear data readiness.

- Define responsible AI governance including model approval, monitoring, and risk controls.

- Build a small core team and partner ecosystem to execute the roadmap pragmatically.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 12-15 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI leadership roles.

- Proven experience building enterprise-scale data governance and reporting frameworks.

- Strong ability to translate business challenges into data and AI-driven solutions.

- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving enterprise transformation initiatives.

- Sound understanding of security, privacy, and compliance considerations related to data and AI.
