Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Data Engineering teams and delivery programs.

- Define technical roadmap and data engineering strategy.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives.

- Build and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Develop and optimize data engineering solutions using Python and Databricks.

- Ensure CI/CD, quality standards, and production support excellence.

- Manage hiring, mentoring, and development of engineering teams.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Experience Required :

- 13-17 years of experience in Data Engineering and Technology Leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, Databricks, and AWS.

- Experience building and managing cloud-based data platforms.

- Proven experience leading large engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in engineering delivery and stakeholder management.

- Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.

Education :

Any Graduation.
