We are seeking an experienced Manager - Data Engineering to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, experience in managing teams, and expertise in data governance. This is a hybrid role, and the candidate will be expected to work from the office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 4-6 data engineers and provide technical mentorship to team members

- Design and develop data pipelines and architectures using Databricks, Azure, PySpark, and SQL

- Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience in data engineering

- Experience with Databricks, Azure, PySpark, and SQL

- Strong understanding of data pipelines and data governance

- Experience in team handling and technical mentorship

- Strong communication and project management skills
