Job Description :

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst Data Engineering, Management & Governance with strong expertise in SQL and GCP. You will work on building scalable data models, pipelines, and analytical layers to support marketing performance and insights.

Responsibilities :

- Build & maintain scalable data models, schemas, and data marts for BI & analytics.

- Ingest, standardize & harmonize data from multiple marketing sources.

- Develop and deploy pipelines using Airflow or similar tools.

- Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and maintain metadata standards.

- Handle large volumes of data for ad-hoc analysis & business reporting.

- Collaborate with global teams and mentor junior members.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of Data Engineering experience.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, GCP, Excel & Python.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

- Experience in CPG, Retail, or Beauty industries preferred.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
