Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Data Engineer with deep expertise in Power BI to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between raw, complex data structures and actionable business intelligence, ensuring that our decision-makers have access to accurate, real-time insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and executive leadership, to translate business requirements into robust data pipelines and sophisticated visualization dashboards. By architecting scalable data solutions and maintaining high-performance reporting environments, you will directly influence our strategic direction and operational efficiency, turning vast datasets into the competitive advantage that drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow from disparate sources into our centralized data warehouse.

- Develop and deploy interactive, high-impact Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators for senior management.

- Optimize existing data models and DAX queries to improve report performance and ensure data integrity across all enterprise-level reporting.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify data gaps and implement automated solutions that reduce manual reporting overhead and improve data accuracy.

- Translate complex business problems into technical requirements, ensuring that all data products align with the long-term goals of the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in architecting data models and building complex visualizations within the Power BI ecosystem, including advanced DAX and Power Query.

- Strong technical command of SQL and Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation tasks within cloud-based data environments.

- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven narratives are understood and actionable.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent technical deep-dives with active participation in team strategy sessions.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures and analytical thinking.
