Role Overview :

As a Data Engineer, you will serve as the backbone of our data architecture initiatives, transforming raw information into structured assets that drive strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and client stakeholders, to design and maintain robust data pipelines.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' analytical platforms, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for high-performance reporting and visualization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to integrate disparate data sources into centralized warehouses, ensuring high data integrity for downstream analytics.

- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to facilitate efficient data retrieval and transformation for business reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data models align with organizational goals.

- Design and deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide leadership teams with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

- Optimize existing data workflows and database performance to reduce latency and improve the reliability of data delivery systems.

Required Skillset:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and complex query writing.

- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in ETL development and Power BI reporting.

- Experience working with SQL Server or other relational database management systems.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
