About the Role :

We are looking for skilled Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms. You will work with large-scale datasets, cloud technologies, and distributed data processing frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.

- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data.

- Process large-scale datasets using distributed computing frameworks.

- Develop and manage data warehouses and data lakes.

- Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across platforms.

- Optimize data storage, query performance, and processing efficiency.

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines.

- Implement best practices for data governance and performance optimization.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL

- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark

- Experience with Apache Kafka

- Knowledge of Snowflake

- Experience with ETL/ELT development

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts

- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience with Git and Linux environments

Preferred Skills :

- Python or Scala

- Airflow or Azure Data Factory

- AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Hadoop ecosystem

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg

- CI/CD for data engineering

- Data modeling and optimization

- Agile/Scrum development methodology

Eligibility :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field

- 2 - 8 years of relevant Data Engineering experience

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred
