Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to join our team in Bangalore for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building autonomous, intelligent data pipelines that leverage Large Language Models to transform unstructured data into actionable business intelligence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional data science and product teams to design and deploy sophisticated RAG architectures that enhance decision-making capabilities. Your work will directly impact our product's ability to reason, adapt, and provide real-time insights, ultimately driving superior user experiences and operational efficiency across our digital ecosystem. This is a hybrid role requiring a blend of technical rigor and collaborative problem-solving within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python to ingest, clean, and process high-volume datasets for consumption by Agentic AI systems.

- Develop and optimize RAG frameworks to ensure high-accuracy retrieval and context-aware responses, directly improving the reliability of our AI-driven features.

- Integrate LLMs into existing data workflows to automate complex reasoning tasks, enabling the business to scale its data processing capabilities without manual intervention.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical specifications for autonomous agent deployment.

- Monitor and refine the performance of AI agents in production environments to ensure data integrity, latency optimization, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade data pipelines using Python, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithmic efficiency.

- Proven ability to implement and fine-tune RAG architectures and LLM-based workflows to solve complex information retrieval challenges.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

- Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex data flow issues in a high-stakes, hybrid work environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- High adaptability to evolving AI frameworks and a proactive approach to learning new tools within the rapidly shifting Agentic AI landscape.
