Job Description :

- Strong Data Engineering experience.

- Hands-on experience with Hadoop / Big Data platforms.

- Strong exposure to Big Data platform engineering and related technologies.

- Experience working on/with complex data platforms and large-scale data environments.

- The requirement is specifically for a Data Engineer / Big Data Engineer, not a generic application/development profile.

- Candidates should have strong engineering experience around Big Data/Hadoop platforms.

- Please avoid profiles that are primarily focused on generic software development without relevant Big Data/Hadoop experience.

- Only candidates from Hyderabad, Mumbai or Chennai should be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large-scale datasets, ensuring high availability and data integrity for downstream analytics teams.

- Optimize existing Big Data workflows and Hadoop clusters to improve processing speed and reduce infrastructure costs, directly impacting the performance of business-critical reporting tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data models, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with long-term organizational goals.

- Mentor junior engineers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in data engineering, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Lead the migration and integration of data systems into cloud or hybrid environments to enhance scalability and support the evolving needs of our global client base.
