We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines that support enterprise data initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in cloud data technologies, workflow orchestration, data integration, and modern data architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing large volumes of data.

- Develop and optimize data workflows to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytical use cases.

- Implement efficient data integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms.

- Build and manage cloud-based data storage and processing environments.

- Develop orchestration workflows to automate data movement, transformation, and monitoring processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security across the data ecosystem.

- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processing efficiency.

- Support data modernization initiatives and contribute to the evolution of enterprise data architecture.

- Establish best practices for data engineering, documentation, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing technologies.

- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or similar technologies.

- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.

- Experience working with cloud object storage solutions such as GCS, S3, or equivalent platforms.

- Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and distributed data processing concepts.

- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and metadata management practices.

- Experience with performance optimization and monitoring of data pipelines.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control systems, and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to modern cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of streaming and batch processing architectures.

- Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, or Enterprise Data Solutions.
