Role Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to support data management, controls, and scalable data infrastructure across all products at Sidhhanth, aligned with client needs and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Analyze, validate, and reconcile datasets used for reporting and analytics.

- Define data requirements, quality rules, and controls for critical data elements.

- Track and resolve data quality issues with stakeholders.

- Perform data profiling, lineage validation, mapping, and root cause analysis.

- Produce documentation for UAT sign-off, audits, and controls.

- Monitor schedules, reruns, failures, and alerts for pipelines.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering / Analytics / Transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in SQL and MongoDB.

- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, scripting, automation).

- Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline development experience.

- Experience with schedulers such as Airflow / Cron.

- Mandatory experience with GitLab CI/CD.

- Familiarity with AWS S3 and cloud storage systems.

- Experience with Tableau dashboards and reconciliation checks.

- Exposure to data governance, lineage, and audit frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum models.
