About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data, building pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines

- Collect, process, and clean large datasets from multiple sources

- Work with structured and unstructured data

- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to support business use cases

- Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security

- Assist in developing data models and architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

- Basic understanding of Python or any programming language

- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms

- Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing fundamentals

- Knowledge of tools like Excel, Git, or any data visualization tools is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)

- Internship or academic project experience in data engineering or analytics
