- Demonstrate technical leadership through personally developed code, solution architectures and implementation recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership for thought leadership and solution approaches
- Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into a well-architected recommendation
- Develop and provide forward looking guidance and future state roadmaps
- Leverage known best practices and solutions to reduce risk to customer implementations
- Decompose future state goals into actionable execution plans
- Collaborate with Snowflake GTM and product teams to ensure customer alignment to Snowflake goals
- Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Lead in Developing Project requirements for end-to-end Data integration process using ETL for Structured, semi-structured and Unstructured Data.
- Make necessary on-going updates to modeling principles, processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure that the Snowflake is aligned with business needs of the environment.
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong Snowflake Data Architect profile (Cloud Data Platform / AI-led Data Transformation)
- Must have 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture, with strong focus on building enterprise-scale data platforms
- Must have 3+ years of deep hands-on experience in Snowflake architecture, including designing and implementing scalable data warehouse solutions
- Strong expertise in Snowflake features including Resource Monitors, RBAC, Virtual Warehouses, Time Travel, Zero Copy Clone, and query performance optimization.
- Proven experience building and managing data ingestion pipelines using Snowpipe, handling structured, semi-structured (JSON, XML), and columnar data formats (Parquet)
- Strong experience in cloud ecosystem, preferably AWS, including S3, Lambda, EC2, Redshift, and integration with Snowflake-based architectures
- Proven experience in migrating data from on-premise or legacy systems to Snowflake, including data modeling, transformation, and validation
- Hands-on experience in SQL, SnowSQL, Python, or PySpark for data transformation, automation, and monitoring.
- Experience in data modeling, partitioning, micro-partitions, and re-clustering strategies in Snowflake
- Must have experience working in client-facing or consulting roles, including requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data architecture including ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and warehouse integration
- Experience in designing monitoring and automation frameworks using Python, Bash, or similar tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and define future-state data architecture roadmaps
