Job Description :
BE | BTech | MCA | OR equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field candidates having 10+ years of experience in Data Architect to lead end-to-end data migration architecture for a large-scale Core Banking Transformation within the Wealth Banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing migration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) as the ETL platform and be capable of articulating the complete migration strategy from source extraction through target onboarding, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, Data Quality, Data Governance).
- Strong expertise in ETL design and optimisation.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Architecture & Design :
- Define and own the end-to-end data migration architecture and strategy.
- Design migration solutions covering data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical migration architectures.
- Create and present solution designs to business and technology stakeholders.
- Architect end-to-end data migration frameworks to ensure zero-downtime transitions and high data fidelity for global enterprise clients.
- Design complex data models and database architectures that align with business objectives and support future-state scalability.
- Lead the development of sophisticated ETL and data integration pipelines using Informatica to streamline data movement across heterogeneous systems.
- Establish rigorous data quality and validation protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational data governance standards.
- Implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to maintain a single source of truth across disparate business units.
