Data Architect - BI & Analytics

Requirements :

- Mandatory Skills - Medallion Architecture, Data Pipeline Development, Semantic Layer Creation, Data Foundation and Governance, Data Lakes, and Data Fabric.

- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and business intelligence roles.

- Expert-level knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc. ).

- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, data vault, etc. ).

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data transformation frameworks (dbt, Apache Spark, etc. ).

- Experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. ).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Industry Experience: Background in biopharma, pharmaceutical, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments is a significant advantage.

- Experience with Informatica or other data cataloging tools.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, EMA, GxP) for data management in life sciences.

- Experience with clinical trial data, laboratory data, or regulatory submission data.

- Familiarity with industry-specific data standards (CDISC, HL7 LOINC).

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (cloud architecture, data engineering, or data governance certifications).
