Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in Data Engineering and Data Analytics to lead offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Power BI, and will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end data engineering and analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Architect and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services.

- Should have excellent experience in building the business consumption layer by understanding the reporting needs.

- Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics using Power BI.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.

- Provide technical leadership to offshore development teams and mentor junior engineers.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
