Data & Generative AI Specialist

Experience : 4- 5 Years

Location : Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Work from Office)

Joining Status : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Reporting to : Head of Analytics / Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Engineering & Modeling :

- Design, build, and maintain robust data models and scalable analytical solutions.

- Architect data pipelines that ensure data integrity and accessibility for business stakeholders.

- Implement best practices for data warehousing and management.

2. Advanced Analytics & Python :

- Development Leverage Python as your primary tool for data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and custom scripting.

- Translate raw, complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights that drive ROI.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and anomalies.

3. AI & Generative AI Leadership :

- Act as the In-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AI and Generative AI technologies.

- Execute Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize LLM-based workflows and output quality.

- Identify, test, and integrate emerging AI tools and APIs to enhance internal operational efficiency.

4. Business Intelligence & Visualization :

- Develop, manage, and optimize interactive BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Superset, or Tableau.

- Synthesize complex findings into visual stories that are easy for non-technical stakeholders to digest.

5. Client Management & Communication ;

- Own the communication lifecycle with clients, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.

- Present insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Stack :

- Languages : Expert-level Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

- AI/ML : Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.

- BI Tools : Power BI, Apache Superset, or Tableau.

- Database : SQL proficiency is a must.

- Prompt Engineering : Deep understanding of zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting.

Soft Skills : Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a business audience.
