Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Data & AI professionals to drive strategy, consulting, architecture, and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role will involve translating business objectives into scalable Data & AI strategies, designing AI-led solutions, and supporting transformation and deployment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.

- Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for Data & AI adoption.

- Design scalable Data & AI architectures and solution frameworks for complex business requirements.

- Define AI transformation roadmaps covering strategy, architecture, implementation, and deployment.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms to drive business value.

- Lead consulting engagements and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Develop solution approaches, prototypes, and architecture designs for AI-led transformation initiatives.

- Work closely with data engineering, AI/ML, cloud, technology, and business teams to deliver transformation programs.

- Support AI-native solution design and deployment across enterprise environments.

- Evaluate emerging Data & AI technologies and recommend relevant solutions based on business needs.

- Contribute to proposals, solution presentations, workshops, and client discussions.

- Ensure Data & AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in IT Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, or related domains.

- Strong experience in developing and implementing AI Strategy and AI Transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

- Proven expertise in Data & AI Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and solution design for complex business requirements.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Advanced Analytics, and modern data technologies.

- Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end AI solutions and architectures across cloud and enterprise technology environments.

- Strong knowledge of data architecture concepts, including Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Data Pipelines, Data Governance, and modern Data Platforms.

- Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and leveraging cloud capabilities for AI and data solutions.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, APIs, microservices, cloud-native technologies, system integration, and enterprise integration patterns.
