Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Strategy / Architect to define and drive enterprise-wide Data and AI strategies, architecture, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, deep expertise in AI and data architecture, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.

The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, AI consulting, enterprise architecture, solution design, and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define transformation roadmaps, and architect solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and develop enterprise Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

- Lead AI transformation initiatives, including AI/GenAI adoption, operating models, use-case identification, and implementation roadmaps.

- Design scalable and secure AI and Data architectures across cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments.

- Develop AI solution architectures covering data platforms, AI/ML models, GenAI, APIs, integration, security, governance, and infrastructure.

- Identify and evaluate AI/GenAI use cases based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and ROI.

- Provide strategic consulting to CXO-level and senior business/technology stakeholders on AI adoption and transformation.

- Define technology roadmaps, reference architectures, architecture principles, and standards for Data & AI platforms.

- Drive modernization of existing data and analytics ecosystems to support AI-driven business capabilities.

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, cloud, cybersecurity, and product teams to translate strategy into implementable solutions.

- Assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, platforms, and industry trends and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Establish best practices around Responsible AI, AI governance, data governance, security, privacy, and model lifecycle management.

- Lead architecture assessments, technology evaluations, PoCs, and solution recommendations.

- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations for Data & AI initiatives.

- Support pre-sales, proposal development, client workshops, solution demonstrations, and consulting engagements where required.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 11-20 years of experience in IT Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation.

- Strong experience in AI Strategy and AI Transformation.

- Proven expertise in Data & AI Architecture and enterprise solution architecture.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, analytics, and modern data platforms.

- Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions and architectures across cloud and enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of data architecture concepts including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, data pipelines, data governance, and data platforms.

- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, APIs, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and integration patterns.

- Experience in defining AI operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to engage with senior leadership and articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

- Exposure to AI frameworks and technologies such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, or similar platforms.

- Experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk, security, and compliance.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

- Industry experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or other large enterprise environments is an advantage.

- Strong experience in client-facing consulting and solution advisory roles.
