About the Role :

We are seeking a Data Analytics professional with strong expertise in Apache Superset to support BI and analytics teams in building, automating, and maintaining high-quality, production-ready dashboards and reports. The role focuses on ensuring reliable reporting, performance-optimized queries, and consistent visualization standards for business and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Apache Superset in Windows and Linux production environments

- Manage Superset environments, including security roles, access controls, and dataset configurations

- Automate manually developed reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and consistency

- Design and develop interactive, dynamic, and user-friendly dashboards for senior business and leadership stakeholders

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support analytics and reporting use cases

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for report automation, data preparation, and operational tasks

- Ensure dashboard performance, data accuracy, and visualization best practices

- Participate in peer reviews and enforce reporting standards, naming conventions, and documentation

- Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Must-Have Skills :

- Apache Superset Mandatory, including installation, configuration, and production support

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Superset

- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL / ANSI SQL / PostgreSQL)

- 2+ years of experience with Python programming for automation and analytics

- Experience with dashboarding and BI reporting

- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders

Good to Have :

- Experience with SSRS / SSIS

- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau

- Working knowledge of AWS Redshift and QuickSight

- Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted analytics
