Role Summary :

We are looking for a technically strong Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL, data modelling, and ETL tool (Talend & MuleSoft's Anypoint studio). The candidate will work with large datasets, build automated analytical solutions, and support business teams with accurate, real-time insights.

Key Technical Responsibilities :

- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Object Schema and SOQL queries

- Understanding of CRM & LOS Object schema.

- Write advanced SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.

- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple databases.

- Develop and automate ETL/ELT (Talend & Mulesoft's Anypoint Studio) data pipelines for reporting workflows.

- Conduct data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

- Create and maintain data models, schema documentation, and data dictionaries.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

- Support business teams with ad-hoc analytical queries and KPI tracking.

- Optimize slow-running SQL queries and improve data processing performance.

- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate analytics into products (Salesforce) and systems.

Required Technical Skills :

SQL (Must Have) :

- Expert in writing complex SQL queries, triggers & views

- Strong understanding of Oracle Enterprise databases

- Query optimization and performance debugging

Data Analysis & Modeling :

- Data cleaning, feature engineering, and transformation

- Strong grounding in statistics, KPI analysis, and trend identification

BI & Visualization Tools :

- Proficiency in following tools

1. MuleSoft's Anypoint studio

2. Talend

Good-to-Have Technical Skills :

- Understanding of ETL tools (Talend, MuleSoft's Anypoint.)

Non-Technical Skills (Still Important) :

- Strong Analytical skills

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

- Clear communication of analytical insights to stakeholders

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in sprint-based or fast-paced environments

Experience Required :

- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or similar roles

- Proven experience handling large-scale datasets and complex SQL workloads

- Experience delivering dashboards or automated reporting solutions end-to-end

- To work as per customer's working days (including Saturdays)
