Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst, you will support the teams by analyzing platform data, user behavior, hiring trends, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and help streamline decision-making across functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets and other visualisation tools like Metabase

- Identify trends and patterns to support business and hiring decisions

- Work closely with stakeholders across teams

- Help monitor key KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership

- Provide data support for special projects like hiring campaigns or hackathons

- Perform competitor benchmarking and assist with market intelligence

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred

- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Good communication skills to explain data insights clearly

- Prior experience in data/analytics roles is a bonus
