About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate reports, and support business decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and deliver meaningful analysis that drives strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Support data governance and data quality initiatives to improve overall data reliability.

- Assist in designing and automating data collection processes and analytical workflows.

- Use SQL and other query languages to extract and manipulate data.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

- Proficient in data querying languages such as SQL.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of statistical tools and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

- Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and concisely.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
