Role : Data Analyst

To support our growth were looking for an energetic Data Analyst to support the data agenda for the Region!.

This role is integral to achieving operational excellence and ensuring the continued success and growth of the account in alignment with our regional and global goals.

The ideal candidate is fluent in data analytics concepts, skilled at identifying actionable, data-driven insights, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Requirement :

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Overall 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a business analytics role.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e., Looker, PLX).

- Proficiency in building automated templates, trackers, and scalable reporting tools.

- Strong communication skills, with an ability to present findings in a clear and concise way.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills across reporting cycles, ad hoc requests, and operational tasks.

- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Responsibility :

- Data Preparation & Analysis Supporting data collection, cleansing, and preparation to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency.

- Using statistical tools and techniques to explore, analyse and predict patterns and trends to meet internal and external business objectives.

- Data Quality & Tracking Monitoring data quality and participating in quality assurance processes to ensure consistency across all reporting metrics.

- Dashboard Development Designing, building, and maintaining user-friendly dashboards (e., Looker, PLX) to support internal reporting needs and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements.

- Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis Assisting in generating monthly recurring reports for internal and external stakeholders, and fulfilling ad-hoc analysis requests to support strategic decisions.

- Collaboration Working closely with regional and global senior analysts and team leads, learning their approach to data modeling, visualization, and storytelling.

- Stakeholder Management Partnering with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, proposing data solutions, and communicating insights in an actionable manner.
