Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making across multiple stakeholders. This role suits professionals ranging from early-career analysts to experienced data professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations

- Work closely with business, product, engineering, and leadership teams

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data

- Automate recurring reports and data workflows where applicable

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports

- Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

For 13 Years Experience :

- Strong understanding of Excel, SQL, and basic data analysis concepts

- Familiarity with Python or R (NumPy, Pandas preferred)

- Basic experience with data visualization tools

- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

For 48 Years Experience :

- Advanced SQL and strong hands-on experience with Python/R

- Expertise in dashboards, reporting, and storytelling with data

- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses

- Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead analysis initiatives

- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills

Tools & Technologies :

- Programming : Python (NumPy, Pandas), R

- Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, Redshift

- Visualization : Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel

Others : Git, Jupyter Notebook, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Python, SQL, or BI tools are a plus
