We are looking for a Data Analyst (Junior/Senior) to join the growing team.

Responsibilities :

- Define, track, and report key business and product metrics for decision-making.

- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Work with data engineering to maintain the ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure clean and reliable data with speed of access.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business and product performance, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to drive data-backed decision-making.

- Own analytical interventions planned by the team on A/B testing, lead indicator analysis, product funnel optimization, user behavior analysis, segmentation, etc.

- Evangelize the data governance best practices established by the team and be the spokesperson for the security of data.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building the data culture along with other leaders of the team.

- Envision and execute capability enhancers and solution frameworks in the work culture

Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably at least 2 yrs in a start-up for the Sr role.

- Expertise in SQL (complex queries, performance optimization, data processing).

- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase). Showcasing a portfolio of dashboards built will be a bonus.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and exposure to dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or similar.

- Working knowledge of machine learning models algorithms.

- Knowledge of data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent).

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools
