Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our analytics team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategy.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver relevant insights.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to support various departments.

- Create and maintain documentation of data models, processes, and analyses.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.

- Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing format to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data.

- Proficient in data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Python/R for data analysis.

- Understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Solid grasp of statistical methods and ability to apply them in real-world business scenarios.

- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms is a plus
