Job Description :

Responsibilities includes :

- Interpret data, analyst results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Data Analysis : Analyze user data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for improving analytics features.

- Product Enhancement : Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate insights into actionable product improvements and new feature development.

- Reporting : Generate regular reports and dashboards to track product metrics and KPIs related to analytics features.

- User Feedback : Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature enhancements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, Product, Operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of data.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand report and dashboard requirements.

- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Utilize DAX for complex calculations and data manipulation.

- Set up and manage report refresh schedules, including incremental refresh.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge on Python, SQL, Power BI, DAX, PySpark, Data Modelling, ETL.

- Knowledge about Statistics & Mathematics.

- Proficiency in spreadsheets programs like Power BI Tableau / QlikView / Metabase, Excel / Google sheets.

- Ability to gather, view and analyst data.

- Skilled data visualization.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages.

- Bachelor's Degree in a data related field Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, and Business etc.

- Proven experience in Power BI report development.

- Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.

- Experience with setting up report refresh schedules and incremental refresh in Power BI.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Cloud concepts.

- Knowledge of Python and its application in data analysis.

- Experience with Apache Spark or other big data technologies.

- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
