Role Overview :
As a Data Analyst you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Mandatory skill : Data Analyst, Python, GCP, DBT(Data Build Tool), SQL, BigQuery
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Build and maintain data models in BigQuery and DBT to support business intelligence and reporting needs, enabling stakeholders to access and analyze data efficiently.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements for new features and ensure data is captured accurately and consistently.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic decision-making, providing timely and relevant insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement ETL processes using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data integration tools.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts, with experience using BigQuery and DBT.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, with the ability to write complex queries to extract and transform data.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques, with the ability to apply these techniques to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms such as GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
