Role : Data Analyst

Dealership Performance is a fast-growing CRM company working with dealerships around the world in the Powersports, Marine, RV, Truck, Trailer, Automotive, and Agriculture industries. We help our clients boost performance through smart, data-driven insights. We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong Power BI experience to join our team and help turn data into real results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to dealership performance and CRM activities

- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Translate business requirements into data models and visualizations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client services, and product development

- Identify key performance trends and provide actionable insights

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard creation)

- Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying tools

- Experience with CRM data (preferably in automotive or dealership context) is a strong plus

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
