Description : Were seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, interpret, and analyze data to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights, build reports, and identify opportunities for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Build and maintain automated reporting processes.

- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support data governance, data quality, and data documentation efforts.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Proficiency with analytics tools/languages such as Python or R.

- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).

- Ability to communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with large datasets or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling concepts.

- Experience in predictive modeling or machine learning is a plus.

- Prior experience in a related industry (e.g., finance, retail, healthcare, tech).
