We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation and integration of Secrets Management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role involves close collaboration with the Implementation Architect, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and seamless integration of security tools across systems. You will play a key role in driving testing cycles, stakeholder alignment, and successful solution rollout.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with the Implementation Architect to design, implement, and integrate secrets management solutions aligned with enterprise security standards.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of secrets management platforms, including integration with applications, services, and infrastructure components.

- Work on application integration with security tools, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and secrets handling across systems.

- Design and implement solutions that can scale efficiently to support large and rapidly growing environments.

- Engage with multiple stakeholders across engineering, security, cloud, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

- Drive and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring all functionalities meet business and security requirements.

- Identify, track, and resolve issues during testing phases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Develop end-user training materials, user guides, and documentation to support adoption of the implemented solutions.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training workshops for internal teams and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the RUN/Operations team during the handover phase, ensuring smooth transition, onboarding, and operational readiness.

- Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Secrets Management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault or equivalent)

- Should have 7+ years of experience in similar role

- Strong understanding of application integration and security frameworks

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms

- Familiarity with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT) and defect management
