Role Overview :

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will serve as a critical defender of our clients' digital infrastructure, ensuring that security protocols are not only robust but also seamlessly integrated into their operational workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, and external clients to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and implement advanced security architectures. Your contribution will directly impact the business continuity and data integrity of our clients, ensuring that their platforms remain resilient against evolving global cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy comprehensive security frameworks to protect enterprise-grade applications and cloud environments from unauthorized access and data breaches.

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify security gaps and provide actionable remediation strategies for development teams.

- Manage incident response protocols, leading the investigation and resolution of security threats to minimize operational downtime and data exposure.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all product development lifecycles adhere to global security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor security logs and network traffic to detect anomalies, ensuring continuous improvement of the security posture through automated threat detection tools.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing security solutions across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of identity and access management.

- Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical security requirements.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate security tools and technologies, selecting the most effective solutions to address specific client infrastructure needs.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, maintaining high levels of collaboration with distributed teams and global clients.

- Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, supported by a solid educational background in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- 7 - 12 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a track record of managing security operations for large-scale enterprise environments.
