The Role :
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Senior Analyst who has good experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, and Third-Party Risk Management.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conducting information security risk assessments, third-party security assessments, security governance, and information security audits.
The role requires working closely with Information Security, Governance, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Perform Third-Party Risk Assessments to identify and evaluate security risks associated with vendors and partners.
- Conduct Information Security Risk Assessments and Information Security Audits across applications, infrastructure, systems, processes, and controls.
- Design and recommend security controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage security risks across the organization.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and security improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Information Security team, Governance, Compliance, Regulatory, Infrastructure, Business, and IT teams to implement and maintain security controls.
- Continuously evaluate existing security practices and recommend improvements to security programs.
- Define, measure, and monitor security-related activities and demonstrate continuous security improvements.
- Monitor infrastructure security using third-party security tools while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and certifications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance information security policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support on information security best practices and security standards.
- Report audit findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations to Information Security teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the team on assigned security initiatives.
- Work closely with Global Function Managers and Local Line Managers to ensure successful execution of security programs.
- Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Drive assigned objectives independently while ensuring timely delivery against agreed milestones.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.
Must Have Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, or Infrastructure Security.
- Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Hands-on experience performing Third-Party Security Risk Assessments.
- Experience conducting Information Security Risk Assessments.
- Experience performing Information Security Audits.
- Strong understanding of Security Governance across an organization.
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and mitigating information security risks.
- Experience designing and implementing security controls.
- Experience developing and implementing security risk management strategies and processes.
- Experience working with Information Security teams and business stakeholders to implement security controls and standards.
- Experience developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience monitoring infrastructure security using third-party security tools.
- Experience ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and certifications.
- Experience reporting audit findings and security recommendations.
- Experience working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams.
- Experience working with Global Function Managers and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience working in Information Security Operations.
- Experience supporting Infrastructure Security initiatives.
- Experience acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for security initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance teams.
- Experience continuously improving organizational security programs.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive security initiatives.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
