Cyber Security Operations Engineer

Description :

Someone who can operate and optimize security controls that sit at the edge of the network and protect web applications from external threats.

Must-Haves :

- Experience administering and tuning Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

- Hands-on experience with Bot Management/Bot Mitigation platforms

- Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS traffic

- Network traffic analysis and troubleshooting

- Experience investigating malicious traffic patterns

- Familiarity with DDoS protection concepts

- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities

- Experience working with enterprise-scale internet-facing applications

Nice-to-Haves :

- Splunk

- CrowdStrike

- Security monitoring tools

- API security monitoring

- Vulnerability scanning platforms

- Cloud security exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
