Role Overview :

As the Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of cybersecurity within Sysmind Tech PVT LTD. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and compliance, to develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.

Your primary focus will be on protecting the organization's assets, data, and reputation from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a security-conscious culture. This role is critical in maintaining the trust of our clients and ensuring the continued success of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives to protect organizational assets and data.

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses in systems and applications.

- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and SIEM solutions, to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery, to minimize the impact of security breaches.

- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a security-conscious culture.

- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security threats.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR, to maintain a strong security posture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions.

- Proven expertise in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and ethical hacking.

- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, firewall management, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Relevant certifications such as CCSP, SANS certifications (e.g., GCIH, GPEN), or CISSP are highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
