Engineer Cyber Security | OT/ICS | PAN India

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in OT/ICS Cybersecurity and hands-on exposure to critical power, industrial automation, and substation environments.

Role Overview :

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and supporting cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS, SCADA, substation, FACTS, STATCOM and other critical infrastructure environments. The role involves working closely with engineering, networking, SCADA, protection, commissioning, customers, and third-party teams to ensure secure and reliable industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture for critical power and industrial environments.

- Develop security architecture, cybersecurity design documents, hardening guidelines, and implementation procedures.

- Perform OT/ICS risk assessments, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and security analysis.

- Configure and support firewalls, industrial switches, VLANs, VPNs, routing, network segmentation, and secure remote access.

- Design secure networks for SCADA, HMI, RTU, gateways, engineering workstations, and protection relays/IEDs.

- Implement server/device hardening, access controls, endpoint protection, patch management, antivirus, and application whitelisting.

- Work with DMZ, Active Directory, Syslog, Jump Servers, and secure remote-access infrastructure.

- Support cybersecurity FAT/SAT, security testing, compliance assessments, audits, and customer requirements.

- Perform network packet analysis and troubleshooting using Wireshark.

- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, consultants, engineering teams, and third-party cybersecurity agencies.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- OT/ICS Cybersecurity Engineering

- Hands-on experience with STATCOM / FACTS / HVDC / Substation Projects

- IEC 62443, IEC 62351, ISO 27001 & NERC CIP

- SCADA, HMI, RTU, Gateways & Protection Relays

- Industrial Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, Routing & Network Segmentation

- Firewalls Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco / Hirschmann / Moxa

- Windows/Linux Server Hardening & Active Directory

- Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing & Threat Modelling

- DMZ, Syslog, Jump Servers & Secure Remote Access

- Cybersecurity FAT/SAT, Testing & Compliance

- Wireshark / Network Packet Analysis
