Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity leader to strengthen the organization's information security posture, manage technology risks, and implement enterprise-wide security controls. The ideal candidate will have experience in security governance, cloud security, threat management, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to lead security initiatives across complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and security frameworks.

- Lead vulnerability management, security assessments, penetration testing coordination, and remediation activities.

- Monitor security incidents and coordinate incident response and recovery.

- Implement identity and access management, endpoint protection, and network security controls.

- Oversee cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

- Manage security audits, risk assessments, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.

- Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and standards, including ISO 27001 and relevant industry frameworks.

- Collaborate with IT, engineering, compliance, and business teams to improve security awareness and risk management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk, or related domains.

- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response.

- Experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and security operations processes.

- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and relevant regulatory compliance requirements.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP are preferred.

- Strong leadership, risk assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Cybersecurity managers, information security leads, security architects, and IT risk professionals with enterprise security experience.
