Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You will play a key role in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while strengthening the organizations overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools and investigate potential threats

- Perform incident detection, analysis, and response to security breaches

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts

- Implement and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection

- Analyze logs from various sources (network, servers, applications) for suspicious activity

- Support security audits, compliance, and risk assessments

- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to enhance system security

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.)

- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS

- Familiarity with common attack vectors (phishing, malware, ransomware, etc.)

- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys)

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent

- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 2- 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
