We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level reporting and visualization solutions, integrating multiple data sources, and supporting business stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Power BI Development & Administration :

- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI.

- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.

- Implement row-level security (RLS), data refresh schedules, and gateway configurations.

- Troubleshoot and maintain existing Power BI solutions.

SAP BW & BOBJ Integration :

- Connect Power BI to SAP BW data sources (via BEx queries, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, etc.).

- Extract, transform, and model data from SAP BW/BOBJ into Power BI for reporting.

- Support existing BOBJ reports and dashboards, with migration/modernization to Power BI where applicable.

- Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 610+ years in BI development, with at least 35 years in Power BI.

SAP Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with SAP BW (queries, InfoProviders, transformations) and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) (WebI, Universe, Lumira, etc.).

- Experience in migrating reports from BOBJ to Power BI.

- Experience of SAP HANA integration with Power BI.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
