About the Role :

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position for a senior product leader who thrives at the intersection of CRM ecosystems, enterprise SaaS, and portfolio strategy. You'll be the single accountable owner across five Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own a portfolio of five Salesforce-native applications, setting strategy and driving roadmap decisions.

- Lead our flagship Salesforce application, managing its end-to-end roadmap and balancing feature investment against technical debt.

- Shepherd acquired applications from beta through General Availability.

- Determine strategy for unified Salesforce app experience across acquired brands.

- Embed AI as a default lens across product decisions.

- Lead alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and UX.

What You Need :

- 12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct experience shipping Salesforce-native or deeply integrated CRM products.

- Salesforce AppExchange or managed package experience strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-product roadmaps in post-acquisition environments.

- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and a track record of embedding AI into PM workflows.

- Strong analytical skills using platforms like Mixpanel to drive adoption.

- Exceptional communication skills to align leadership, engineering, and external partners.
