Preferred candidate profile :

- 12 to 15 years of experience with 7+ years in product management for technology products.

- Demonstrated experience building or shipping AI-powered products; hands-on proficiency with AI tools is required.

- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Gainsight PX, Pendo, or similar) to measure and drive adoption.

- Strong product sense : can define strategy, articulate the "why," and translate ambiguity into clear roadmaps.

- Solid grasp of software development, integrations, and system designable to earn deep technical credibility.

- Track record of mentoring PMs and elevating team capability, not just individual execution.

- Exceptional communicator and influencercomfortable driving alignment across C-suite, engineering, and customers.
