We are looking for a skilled Java Production Support Engineer with strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, web technologies, databases, Azure, Power BI, and production application support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production applications and identify potential issues.

- Perform initial troubleshooting, issue analysis, and incident triage.

- Handle incidents and service requests within defined timelines.

- Analyze application logs and perform debugging.

- Execute SQL queries and perform data validation.

- Test and validate REST APIs.

- Monitor cloud-based applications using Azure monitoring tools.

- Support Power BI reports, datasets, gateways, and workspaces.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

- Participate in on-call production support activities.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents and resolutions.
