Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced CSG Application Developer / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in designing, modifying, and debugging CSG product applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in API integrations, AWS cloud services, and modern development practices, along with the ability to guide the team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, analyze, develop, enhance, and debug CSG product applications.

- Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the SDLC including development, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Implement and promote CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.

- Ensure application security through authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

- Maintain strong working knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and cloud-native development.

- Translate business requirements into technical features and perform story grooming and estimations.

- Work collaboratively in Scrum/Agile teams to deliver high-quality feature stories.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with CSG product applications development and support.

- Expertise in API development and integration (REST/SOAP).

- Strong programming skills (Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).

- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of CSG billing domain is a plus.
