Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Python and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and a solid understanding of AWS cloud services. This role requires someone who can design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components

- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Backend :

- Strong experience in Python (preferably with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI)

- Experience in building scalable APIs and backend services

Frontend :

- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Context API)

Database :

- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of query optimization and schema design

Cloud & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with AWS services :

1. IAM (Identity and Access Management)

2. S3 (Storage)

3. EC2 (Compute)

4. EKS / ECS (Container orchestration)

5. RDS (Managed databases)

6. CloudFront (CDN)

7. Lambda (Serverless)

8. API Gateway

- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Familiarity with Kubernetes

- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.)

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

- Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus
