We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive, high-quality training programs for enterprise-level clients across global locations.

This is a work-from-home role, requiring the trainer to conduct virtual training sessions using modern digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver expert-led Data Analytics and Business Intelligence training programs for corporate and enterprise clients across global locations.

- Provide in-depth training on core analytics concepts including data modeling, ETL processes, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

- Train participants on advanced tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik/Qlik Sense, SQL, Python for Data Analysis, and Microsoft Fabric.

- Conduct hands-on training sessions on dashboard development, DAX, SQL querying, data visualization best practices, and analytical problem-solving.

- Design and deliver real-world business case studies, dashboards, and project-based learning aligned with business, financial, and digital marketing analytics.

- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve course content, training labs, datasets, documentation, and delivery methodologies.

- Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person sessions at client locations while maintaining high standards of delivery and learner satisfaction.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide structured, constructive feedback to help participants achieve defined learning objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest Data Analytics, BI tools, Microsoft ecosystem updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Microsoft Certified : Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification is mandatory or strongly preferred.

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) certification is strongly preferred.

- Microsoft Certified : Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) or an equivalent certification is considered an added advantage.

- Proven hands-on experience in delivering Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, and BI-focused training programs.

- Strong technical expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, DAX, SQL querying, data modeling, and ETL concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Python for Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and business reporting workflows.

- Experience working with Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric for analytics-driven solutions is preferred.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly.

- Demonstrated capability to design structured, practical, and engaging learning materials, including labs, case studies, dashboards, and real-time demonstrations.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs when required.

- Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
