Position :

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Leader to spearhead our artificial intelligence strategy, drive innovation, and lead end-to-end development of scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business goals with cutting-edge AI technologies, build a high-performing data science team, and unlock new value across products and services through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive AI strategy aligned with CoreOps.ai's vision of enterprise-scale AI innovation-across platforms such as AgentCore, CoreSight, and DataCore.

- Lead technical team(s) : Provide mentorship, set technical direction, conduct code reviews and oversee end-to-end AI project delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional leads (Product, UX, Engineering, Sales) to translate business goals into robust solutions, while ensuring seamless integration into CoreOps' enterprise offerings

- Stay ahead of AI trends : Evaluate emerging LLMs/AI frameworks, recommend strategic adoption, and guide R&D initiatives.

- Engage with stakeholders : Present vision and roadmap to executive leadership and key clients; potentially contribute to AI-focused events or research publications.

- Innovation & R&D : Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, research papers, and tools (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models) and pilot cutting-edge solutions.

- Compliance & Ethics : Ensure AI solutions are explainable, ethical, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, data privacy laws).

Required Qualification :

- 20+ years overall experience including deep understanding of AI concepts

- Proven experience 10+ years in AI/ML, with 5+ years in a leadership role

- Strong background in statistics, computer science, or a related field (PhD or MS preferred)

- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and GenAI

- Proficiency with AI/ML tools and languages (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with deploying AI in production environments

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
