Overview :

CoreOps.AI is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver scalable and high-performing software solutions.

We are building the AI Operating System for Enterprises accelerating modernization by up to 50% and reducing costs by 25% through intelligent automation, data orchestration, and legacy transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to deployment.

- Design and build scalable client-side and server-side architectures.

- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.

- Implement and manage databases, APIs, and backend systems for performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent solutions.

- Ensure code quality, testing, debugging, and security compliance across all systems.

- Provide technical mentorship to the development team and enforce best coding practices.

- Contribute to documentation, architecture reviews, and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 8- 12 years of experience in full stack software development.

- Proven experience leading development teams for at least 4 years.

- Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap).

- Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, Django, J2EE).

- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and application servers (Django, Apache, JBoss).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data privacy, and application security best practices.
